REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At LungDeep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, this Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unused and undamaged;
- Be clean and completely dry;
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible;
- Include all supplied accessories, manuals, and components;
- Include proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To protect customer safety and hygiene, the following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law:
- Products showing signs of use in water;
- Opened or used breathing equipment;
- Products damaged through misuse or negligence;
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons;
- Gift cards;
- Clearance or final sale items where legally permitted.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming products.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the packaging.
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return:

- Include your order number.
- Explain the reason for your return.
- Wait for return instructions before shipping the product.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to:
- A defective product;
- A shipping error by LungDeep;
- An incorrect item received;
LungDeep will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for returned goods until they are received by LungDeep.
7. REFUNDS
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges will only be refunded where required by applicable law.
8. EXCHANGES
We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you wish to exchange a product for another model, color, or item, please contact our customer support team.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers may still exercise their legal right of withdrawal where applicable.
10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again;
- Contact your credit card provider;
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
Consumers residing within the European Union continue to benefit from all mandatory legal guarantees provided under applicable legislation.
